  Q. We are currently on the GR² Control program. Do we continue to take the regular GNLD supplements?

  A. Absolutely! We recommend that anyone on GR² Control continue with his/her normal GNLD supplementation program. The GR² Control weight loss program, although extremely healthy, is still a normal diet, therefore additional supplementation is recommended.

  Q. If I am taking one of the Daily Vitality Packs, do I need to take any other supplements?
